LOBBYING PROHIBITING. Funds provided under this agreement shall not be <br />used by Contractor for publicity or propaganda purposes designed to support or defeat <br />legislation pending before federal, state, or local government. <br /> <br /> 17. RELIGIOUS ACTIVITY PROHIBITED. There shall be no religious worship, <br />instruction or proselytizing as apart of, or in connection with the performance of this agreement. <br /> <br /> 18.
