Cox Tree & <br /> <br /> <br />Landscape Service, for the performance of said work in <br /> <br />accordance with the abovementioned bid proposal, a copy of which <br /> <br /> <br />agreement is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />to which reference is hereby made for full particulars <br /> <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br />3. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of the <br /> <br /> <br />aforemention James R. COX is hereby waived. <br /> <br />4.
