<br />CGM:rb 7/21/83 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9392 <br /> <br />JUL 2 5 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF CALIFORNIA (CALTRANS) FOR <br />CERTAIN SERVICES, WORK AND REIMBURSEMENT IN CONNECTION <br />WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MODIFICATION TO THE EL <br />CAMINO REAL - WHIPPLE AVENUE TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and the State of <br /> <br />California contemplate the construction of a modification to the <br /> <br />El Camino Real - Whipple Avenue Traffic Signal System; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />approval an agreement providing for certain services, work, and <br /> <br />reimbursement to be provided by the State (CALTRANS) in <br /> <br />connection with the construction of this modification to the <br /> <br />traffic signal system; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve said agreement and <br /> <br />authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (bearing the <br /> <br />designation "District Agreement No. 4-0872-C"), by and between <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City , a municipal corporation of the State <br /> <br />of California, and the State of California, acting by and through <br /> <br />its Department of Transportation (CALTRANS), a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />Q ~Q 1) <br />fl..'
