<br />CGM:djg-c <br />.-1: dj g-c <br /> <br />5/17/83 <br />6/23/83R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 9 3 9 0 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUL 11 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BID DOCUMENTS FOR THE FURNISHING <br />OF STREET MAINTENANCE MATERIALS FOR 1983-84 FISCAL <br />YEAR - SAND, AGGREGATE, PEA GRAVEL AND FINES; AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />bid documents for the furnishing of street maintenance materials <br /> <br />for the Department of Public Works for Fiscal Year 1983-84; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> <br />and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the furnishing <br /> <br />of such materials for the Department of Public Works; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain bid documents prepared in the office of <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, entitled "Bid Documents for Purchase of Water and <br /> <br />Street Divisions' Selected Materials - 1983-84 Fiscal Year - Sand, <br /> <br />Aggregate, Pea Gravel, and Fines - Redwood City, California," are <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to call <br /> <br />for bids for the furnishing of street maintenance materials as <br /> <br />called for in the aforementioned bid documents. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9390 <br />
