<br />CGM:rb 6/22/83 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9384 <br /> <br />JUN 2 7 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE POLICY FOR THE <br />USE OF MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOLS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Commission has recommended <br /> <br />the adoption by this Council of a schedule of fees for the use of <br /> <br />municipal swimming pools; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has determined that approval of such <br /> <br />schedule of fees for the use of the city's municipal swimming <br /> <br />pools would be in the public interest and for the public benefit; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the fees for the use of any municipal swimming pool <br /> <br />shall be as follows: <br /> <br />$50.00 plus the current hourly rate for all <br />lifeguards determined by City to be necessary <br />for the particular event. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />938 '-1 <br />
