<br />CGM:rb 6/17/83 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />9380 <br /> <br />ORlG1NAL <br />JUN 2 0 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FOR STORM DRAINAGE <br />PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Golden Gate Drywall has requested of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City that it be permitted to construct a gravity <br /> <br />storm drain line, force mains and appurtenances on certain <br /> <br />real property owned by the City of Redwood City in connection <br /> <br />with the construction of a storm drainage system; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Golden Gate Drywall has agreed to bear all <br /> <br />costs of such permit, including construction of said gravity <br /> <br />storm drain line, force mains and appurtenances and the main- <br /> <br />tenance and operation thereof and to indemnify the City from <br /> <br />any and all claims arising out of its use of the City owned <br /> <br />property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council is desirous of granting a revocable <br /> <br />encroachment permit to Golden Gate Drywall for the above men- <br /> <br />tioned reasons and subject to the conditions contained therein; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain revocable encroachment permit entitled "Grant <br /> <br />of Revocable Encroachment Permit" (form dated 6/17/83), by and <br /> <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br /> <br />the State of California, and Golden Gate Drywall, a copy of <br /> <br />Q ~ Q n <br />'./ 1I'__.)'~,.1 \~l <br />
