O R I G I N A L 8/25/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13181 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASE OF PLANTERS AND <br /> ACCESSORIES FOR THE NEW CITY HALL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.76 of the Redwood City Code, this <br />Council has suspended the requirements of Article VII of Chapter 2 of the Code <br />of the City of Redwood City relating to competitive bidding for the hereinafter <br />described purchase; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires planters, lobby seating, <br />and trash and ash receptacles, which meet specialized design requirements (the <br />"Accessories") for use at the new City Hall; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve the purchase of said <br />Accessories in an amount not to exceed Twenty-one Thousand One Hundred <br /> <br />Ninety-four and 45/100 Dollars ($21,194.45); <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
