<br />(,~M:djg-c 6/6/83 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 9 366 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUN 6 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF EASEMENT <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND SOUTHERN <br />PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY (1981-82 WATER MAIN <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires an easement over <br /> <br />the property and tracks of Southern Pacific Transportation Company <br /> <br />in connection with the (1981-82 Water Main Improvement Project) <br /> <br />for water pipeline purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Southern Pacific Transportation Company has <br /> <br />agreed to the granting of an easement therefore and has prepared <br /> <br />an easement agreement in furtherance thereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain easement agreement by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Southern Pacific Transportation Company labeled <br /> <br />Audit No. 198950 (1981-82 Water Main Improvement Project) is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute such easement agreement with attestation by the City <br /> <br />Clerk, for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9366 <br />
