<br />C'r:;M:djg-c 6/6/83 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 9 36 !) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUN 6 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF EASEMENT <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND SOUTHERN <br />PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY (VETERANS BOULEVARD <br />BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT - PHASE I) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires an easement over <br /> <br />the property and tracks of Southern Pacific Transportation Company <br /> <br />in connection with the Veterans Boulevard Beautification Project - <br /> <br />Phase I for traffic signal purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Southern Pacific Transportation Company has <br /> <br />agreed to the granting of an easement therefore and has prepared <br /> <br />an easement agreement in furtherance thereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain easement agreement by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Southern Pacific Transportation Company labeled <br /> <br />Audit No. 198949 (Veterans Boulevard Beautification Project - <br /> <br />Phase I), is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized <br /> <br />and directed to execute such easement agreement with attestation <br /> <br />by the City Clerk, for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9365 <br />
