<br />SWC:djg-c 5/31/83 <br /> <br />County Clerk of San Mateo County; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve the aforementioned <br /> <br /> <br />application for a Community Development Block Grant and to <br /> <br /> <br />authorize the execution of all documents pertaining thereto, <br /> <br />including all understandings and assurances connected therewith: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />1. That certain application prepared for submission to the <br /> <br /> <br />United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for a <br /> <br />Community Development Block Grant pursuant to Title I of the <br /> <br /> <br />Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, a copy of which is <br /> <br />on file in the office of the Planning Department of the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City, to which copy reference lS hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and <br /> <br />file the aforesaid application, and all documents, including all <br /> <br /> <br />understandings and assurances, necessary or appropriate in <br /> <br /> <br />connection therewith, and to provide such additional information <br /> <br />as may be required for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
