EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> Shelter Network <br /> Redwood Family House <br /> <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2001/2002 <br /> <br />Contractor shall use the funds provided hereunder for the advancement of programs <br />which provide housing and human services assistance to very low and lower income <br />residents of the City. Contractor shall coordinate its activities with similar programs <br />conducted by the City or with other organizations which provide housing and <br />supportive services to Redwood City residents, and which are consistent with the <br />Consolidated Plan Objectives to be met during 2001-2002. Contractor shall <br />collaborate with similar programs in order to maximize these programs and services, <br />and the City's financial resources which are available to lower and very low income <br />residents. Requests for reimbursements under this agreement must be submitted <br />over a 10 month period and received no later than the 20th day of each month <br />during the term of this agreement pursuant to Paragraph Nos. 4, 5, 6 and 7. <br />Final payment must be submitted and received by thc City no later than <br />May 20, 2002. Contractor agrees that any funds remaining after May 20, 2002 <br />will be reallocated to non public service activities. <br /> <br /> Budget Line Item Budget <br /> Salary (Program Director) $40,000 <br /> Fringe Benefits and Employer Taxes $10,000 <br /> Rent/Utilities and Miscellaneous Operating Expenses $30,000 <br /> TOTAL $80,000 <br /> <br /> <br />
