and agrees to pay any additional amount for the aforesaid services provided by <br />City within ten (10) days after billing by the City Collector. <br /> (b) Before the release of the agreement to Owner by City, Owner shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk, certificates and policies of public <br />liability and property damage insurance as required by the above-described <br />agreement. <br /> <br /> 2. Before the acceptance of the Improvements by City, Owner shall <br /> undertake to guarantee for one (1) year the workmanship and materials of all <br /> work and construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in said <br /> agreement. As a condition precedent to City's acceptance of any of the <br /> Improvements which are the subject of the Agreement, Owner shall furnish to <br /> City and file with the City Clerk a bond or deposit securing the faithful <br /> performance by Owner of all such maintenance work, in the amount of Forty-one <br /> Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($41,700). Said bond or deposit shall be <br /> effective for a period of one (1) year after acceptance of the Improvements by <br /> City's Council. <br /> <br /> 3. Before the acceptance of the Improvements by City, Owner shall <br /> dedicate by Grant Deed acceptable to the City Attorney's office, easements in, <br /> on, under and above the water line, service line, and meters. <br /> 4. Those certain plans entitled, "Westport Office Park Phase I <br /> Construction of Water Main Improvements from the end of Existing Bridge <br /> Parkway to Station 25+00+," prepared by Bohley/Maley Associates, as well as <br /> the City's specifications entitled, "Engineering Standards -- City of Redwood <br /> <br /> F:~shared\Redwood\Cou ncil\ 2 <br /> Reso-272 <br /> FXS:rg <br /> 08/25/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
