9A <br /> Page 11 <br /> RESOLUTf4N NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CiT'f �►�f3r�TiNG Ti HE FREi.iSt PLf�iv t=t)r� 8851nit3c�dSiDt r���►G <br /> WHEREAS, on December 2, 20Q2, the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br /> adopted Qrdinance No. 1130-315, to permit the creation of Planned Commurity <br /> Districts as an additiona[ tool to assist the City with its future planning activities; and <br /> VJHEREA�, in compliance with California Enviranmental Quality Act regufations, <br /> on November 28, 20G6, the Pianning Commission of 'the City of Redwood City adopted <br /> a Mitgated Negative Declaration for the Precise Plan for 885 Woodside Road (the <br /> "Precise Plan"); and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 28, 200fi, the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> Redwood City voted to recommend that the City Council approve the Precise Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, on a date to be determined, the Planning Gommission will be <br /> requested to approve a staff recommendation tnat the Pianning Commission <br /> recommended to the City Council that the existing General Commercial-Residentia! <br /> Combining (CG-R) zoning district for the real property Iocated at 885 Woodside Road <br /> (APN 059-240-800) be rezoned to Planned Community (P) District; and <br /> WHEREAS, upon the Planning Commission's determination regarding the <br /> a��il�ailO�f i�r t�ie rezor�ing of cne above-described reai proper�y, the �;iiy �ouncii shali <br /> hold a public hearing on the matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council af the City of Redwood City has reviewed the <br /> recommendation of the Plannin� ��mmissinr a� tn thP Pra�ica p���, a� revi�ed, ar.d <br /> has considered evidence received at a duly notice public hearir�g refated thereto. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY C4UNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> D4ES ORDAfN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1.
