The additional comments are based <br /> on the Draft Initial Study/Negative Declaration and Draft Transportation Impact Analysis. <br /> Hydraulics <br /> The peak runoff will be significantly increased due to the proposed development. A mitigation <br /> measure such as ansite detention storage to contro] the peak flow will be required ta ensure there <br /> is no significant imgact to the State drainage facilities along Woodside Road.
