6.1 C <br /> Page 3 <br /> AMENC?MENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES <br /> (Green, de Bortnowsky & Quintanifla, LLP) <br /> This Amendment No. 2 is entered into and effective as of the day of <br /> , 2007, amending the Amendment No. 1 dated May 28, 2004 (the <br /> "Agreement") by and between the RE�3'W�7cU� c:iTY REutVLOrMENT AGENCY, a <br /> public body corporate and politic, of the State of Califarnia (the "Agency"), and GREEN, <br /> de BORTNOWSKY & QUINTANILLA, LLP, a fimited liability partnership, engaged in the <br /> practice of law in California (°Consultant") {collectively, the "Parties") for legal services. <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On or about April 23, 2QU3, the Parti�s executed the Agreement to provide <br /> l�ga1 services; and <br /> B. 4n or about May 28, 2004, the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to provide <br /> for additional funding far redevelopment related legal services; and <br /> C. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to an additional not to exceed <br /> amaunt for further legal services. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. !n addition to those services contained in the Agreemenf, as may have <br /> been amended from time to time, Consul#ant wil! provide continued legal services. <br /> 2. Consuitant will <br /> provide City, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detai[ed to include hours <br /> and work performed, hourly rates, and related aetivities and costs for approval by City. <br /> 3. AII ath�r provis�ons of the Agre�ment, as may have besn amended from <br /> time to time, will remain in fufE force and effect. <br /> 4. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by Consultant pursuant <br /> to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will include coverage <br /> for this Amendment. <br /> 5.
