KMA is a highly qualified firm providing skilied services in the <br /> areas of real estate, economic development and redevelopment. The firm has <br /> successfully advised the Agency for over eighteen years and is very familiar with #he <br /> local economy and environment and the Agency's revitalization goals and projects. Tim <br /> Kel(y has been the Principal assigned to Redwood City's projects; Debbie Kern is the <br /> firm's housing specialist and has also served as an advisor to the Agency on hausing <br /> projects and issues. KMA nas assis�ed staff wiii-n aii major projects impiemented by tne <br /> Agency, including: <br /> • Sequoia Station <br /> + Wyndham Place <br /> • Mezes �faza <br /> • City Center Plaza <br /> • Retail/Cinema Project <br /> • Vera St/El Camino Rea! Praject <br /> • Update of 5-Year Implementation Plan <br /> Typical services provided by KMA in conjunction with the above projects inc[ude (1) <br /> advice on structuring requests for proposals; (Z) economic �nalyses and <br /> recommendations regarding development proposals received; (3) serving as a key <br /> member of the negotiating team with staff and legal counse[; {4) preparing "Reuse <br /> Valuation" studies, Summary Reparts and other documents required pursuant ta State <br /> Redevelopment Law; (5) generai econamic advice on public-private partnership <br /> proposals and the financial feasibility af projects. <br />
