6.1 D <br /> Page 3 <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO AMEND AGREEMENT FOR <br /> PROFESStONAL PLANNING AN� REDEVELOPMENT CONSULTtNG SERVICES <br /> (KEYSER MARSTON ASS�CIATES, INC.) <br /> This Amendment Na. 3 is entered into and effective as of the day of <br /> , 200 , amending the Agreement dated July 8, 1999 (the "Agreement°) by <br /> and between the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CiTlr; a <br /> public body, corporate and poiitic, dufy organized and existing under the laws of the <br /> State af California (the "Agency"), and KEYSER MARSTON ASSOCMATES, WC. <br /> ("Contractor") (coUectiveEy the "Parties") for professional pianning and redevefopment <br /> consulting services. <br /> RECITALS <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has performed the services under fhe ��reement ta tt�� <br /> satisfaction of the Agency; and <br /> WHEREAS; the Agency continues to require Contractor's professional services; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to increase the not-ta- <br /> exceed amount of the Agreement by Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00). <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and t.he mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> '{. That the Agreement is hereby amended to increase the combined total of <br /> the compensation and reimbursement costs by a not-to-exceed amount of Sixty <br /> Thousana Goiiars �$�O,OQO.GO). <br /> 2. The Scope of Services and Hourly Fee schedufe are hereby amended as <br /> reflected in Exhibit A, B and C. <br /> 3. Ail other pravisions will remain in full force and effect. <br /> 4. AH requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Contractor <br /> pursuant to the Agreement wili include coverage for this Amendment. <br /> .5.
