6.1 F Page 5 EXHIBIT A-1 (First famendment} TERMS AND CONDITIONS A. CitY Hours Qf Operation. The time set forth in this Section for use of the Parking Structure and the Paricing Lot (collectively "Parking Spaces") by the public are, for the purposes of this agreement, the "City Hours of Operation". The City Hours of Operation will be every Friday commencing at 4:00 p.m. and ending each Nlonday at 2:00 a.m., except when County holidays fall an a Monday. Far each County holiday that is on a Monday, City Hours of �peration will include such holiday, and wi11 end at 2:00 a.m. on Tuesday. A list of the County holidays is attached to the Agreement as Exhibit "B". The list of County holidays may be amended from time to time by County sa long as City receives said amended list at least thirty days prior to implementation. Additional Hours of Operation. Subject to termination as herein set forth, #he City Hours of Operation include access to the Parking Spaces every Monday thraugh Thursday from 6:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. of the following day {the "Additional Hours"). The Additionaf Hours will be inciuded in the City Hours of Operation unless the Caunty Manager provides to the City in writing sixty (60) days natice that the Additionaf Haurs are disruptive to the County's use of the Parking Spaces. Within sixty days of receipt af such notice, the City will discontinue use of the Parking Spaces during the Additianal Hours of Operation, and the City Hours of Opera#ion will thereafter be as originaily set forth in Exhibit A of the Agreement. In such event, City wi(I, at its own cast, replace or modify any signs in the Parking Structure or the Parking Lot as necessary to manage the use of the Parking Spaces in a manner#hat is consis#ent with this Agreement. With written approval of the County Nianager, the City Hours of c�peraiion may be increas�d provided that such additionaf City use does not interfere with County use of the Parking Structure and Parking Lot. B. Number of Parkinc�Spaces. Approximately six hundred forty-six (646) spaces located on levels one (�) through Tive (5) in the Parking Structure and one hundred fifty- one (151) at grade spaces in the Parking �ot (collectively, the "Parking Spaces"). County cannot guarantee the avai[abiiity to City of all of the Parking Spaces. Any unused spaces will, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, be made available to the City for use by fihe general public during the City Hours of Operation. C. Location of Parkinq Spaces. The Parking Spaces will be located at or above grade. D. Kev System. City will, at its awn cost, reprogram or replace the existing entry/exit vehicle gates as necessary, and ensure that such new gates are compatible with the existing County key system. 3
