Interference with any temporary exclusive permit for the use of any table, space or facility that is managed by the City of Redwood Ci#y; N. Failure to secure a temporary exciusive use permit when required. Sec. 25.2.03 Permit Required: A. Temporary Exclusive Use Permit is required for the following activities �n any Park or Park BuiEding or Recreafionai Hrea: 1. Any activity involving 25 or mare people; 2. Use of any structures over 12 ft in any dimension inciuding but not fimited to shade structures; 3. Use of jumper structures only at approved sites in designated parks 4. Use af portable BBQ but only at approved sites in designated park picnic areas; 5. Overnight camping; 6. Use of any sound ampfifying equipmenfi; 7. Use of any live music; 8. �dveriising or saie of inercnandise within a Paric, Park Buiiding or Recreational Area; 9. Sale of services or product, or use of facilities for profit or financial gain; 10. Fiiming in a Park or Facility for commerciai use. B. Application for Temporary Exclusive Use is required. 1. All applications shalE be signed by an authorized representative of the group or organization spansoring the activity, and the group or organization shall be responsible for compliance with all the pravisions af this chapter and the regulations established by resolution or by the Director and for all damages resuiting from the conduct of the activity sponsored by the organization. 2. The Director shall establish, adapt and amend guideiines, policies, rules and regulations and fees for the use of park faciEities within the boundaries of the City of Redwood City service area.
