Interference with any temporary exclusive permit for the use of any table, space <br /> or facility that is managed by the City of Redwood Ci#y; <br /> N. Failure to secure a temporary exciusive use permit when required. <br /> Sec. 25.2.03 Permit Required: <br /> A. Temporary Exclusive Use Permit is required for the following activities �n any <br /> Park or Park BuiEding or Recreafionai Hrea: <br /> 1. Any activity involving 25 or mare people; <br /> 2. Use of any structures over 12 ft in any dimension inciuding but not fimited <br /> to shade structures; <br /> 3. Use of jumper structures only at approved sites in designated parks <br /> 4. Use af portable BBQ but only at approved sites in designated park picnic <br /> areas; <br /> 5. Overnight camping; <br /> 6. Use of any sound ampfifying equipmenfi; <br /> 7. Use of any live music; <br /> 8. �dveriising or saie of inercnandise within a Paric, Park Buiiding or <br /> Recreational Area; <br /> 9. Sale of services or product, or use of facilities for profit or financial gain; <br /> 10. Fiiming in a Park or Facility for commerciai use. <br /> B. Application for Temporary Exclusive Use is required. <br /> 1. All applications shalE be signed by an authorized representative of the <br /> group or organization spansoring the activity, and the group or organization shall be <br /> responsible for compliance with all the pravisions af this chapter and the regulations <br /> established by resolution or by the Director and for all damages resuiting from the <br /> conduct of the activity sponsored by the organization. <br /> 2. The Director shall establish, adapt and amend guideiines, policies, rules <br /> and regulations and fees for the use of park faciEities within the boundaries of the City <br /> of Redwood City service area.
