0 R I G I N A L ~/25/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13160 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, THE <br /> REDWOOD CITY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND <br /> SEQUOIA UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR SERVICES <br /> RELATING TO REDWOOD CITY 2000 COORDINATING <br /> COMMITTEE; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 13095 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Between the County of <br />San Mateo, the City of Redwood City, Redwood Elementary School District and <br />Sequoia Union High School District (Redwood City 2000 Coordinating <br />Committee)" (form dated 08/18/97), by and among the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, the County of San Mateo, a <br />political subdivision of the State of California, the Redwood City Elementary <br />School District and the Sequoia Union High School District, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof is hereby approved, and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 2.
