<br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a Resolution approving the 885 Woodside Road Precise Plan, as revised, <br />based upon the findings that the project demonstrates three or more of the following <br />features: superior mixed use design, incorporation of affordable housing; <br />incorporation of public or community facilities; transportation demand management; <br />efficient and innovative use of infrastructure and nonrenewable resources or <br />innovative use of shared parking (Attachment 2) and contingent upon the <br />following: <br />a) Subsequent Planning Commission recommendation to Council to approve the <br />rezoning of property located at 885 Woodside Road from General Commercial- <br />Residential Combining (CG-R) Zoning District to Planned Community (P) <br />Zoning District.1 <br />b) The City Council would then hold another public hearing to consider just the <br />rezoning. <br />c) If Council approves the rezoning, then the Precise Plan would officially be <br />approved. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY ADOPTING THE PRECISE PLAN FOR 885 WOODSIDE ROAD <br /> <br />10. MA TIERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST - <br /> <br />A. Legislation (information only) - This sub-section involves possible discussion of <br />City Position on Proposed Legislation described in the League of California Cities <br />Priority Focus Bulletin No. 12-2007 and 13-2007. Council may direct staff to act on <br />positions taken by Council. (Copies of League of California Cities Priority Focus <br />available in City Clerk's Department). <br /> <br />B.
