0 R I G I N A L 8/25/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13159 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS AT MAIN STREET AND <br /> MIDDLEFIELD ROAD <br /> <br /> (CITY CENTER PLAZA) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Reimbursement Agreement for City <br />Center Offsite Improvements at Main Street and Middlefield Road," by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, and Raiser Construction Company, Inc., a corporation, for the <br />reimbursement of costs of construction of storm drain improvements, a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the Mayor <br />and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest <br />thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br />City. <br /> <br /> S h/sh/Redwood/Council <br /> Reso-273 <br /> FSX:rg <br /> 08/18/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
