0 R I G I N A L ~/25/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13157 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> MUNICIPAL SERVICES CENTER MAINTENANCE YARD WASH <br /> RACK PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Municipal Services Center <br />Maintenance Yard Wash Rack Project in the City of Redwood City, California, <br />have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />Maintenance Yard Wash Rack Project City of Redwood City, California", <br />prepared by Fuog Water Resources Inc. for the Department of Public Works <br />Services, a copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the Public <br />Works Services Director, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
