1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute all <br />necessary and appropriate documents for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br />City for the purchase of one (1) parking enforcement vehicle from Municipal <br />Maintenance Equipment, Inc. in the total amount of Twenty-two Thousand Five <br />Hundred Twenty-four and 12/100 Dollars ($22,524.12) pursuant to the <br />Cooperative Purchase Provision of the City of Daly City's Bid Specifications No. <br />97-017, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. Any informality in the aforementioned City of Daly City Bid <br />Specifications No. 97-017 is hereby waived. <br /> <br /> $.
