O R I G I N A L 7/28/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13146 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION <br /> OF A GUNFIRE LOCATION SYSTEM <br /> <br /> (TRILON TECHNOLOGY, LLC) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Redwood City and the <br />Sheriff's Department of the County of San Mateo have determined that it would <br />be in the best interest of said law enforcement departments and the citizens of <br />the City of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo to use and operate a <br />Gunfire Location System; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo have <br /> <br />selected Trilon Technology, LLC, as the supplier of the Gunfire Location System; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for the Purchase and <br />Installation of a Gunfire Location System - Trilon Technology, LLC (form dated <br />07/25/97R), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California, and Trilon Technology, LLC, for the purchase and <br />installation of a Gunfire Location System, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br /> <br />Reso-245 <br />G :~shared\redwood\council <br />FXS:rg <br />07/17/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
