EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> Youth and Family Assistance <br /> Daybreak Shelter <br /> <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2000/2001 <br /> <br />Contractor shall use the funds provided hereunder for the advancement of programs <br />which provide housing and human services assistance to very low and lower income <br />residents of the City. Contractor shall coordinate its activities with similar programs <br />conducted by the City or with other organizations which provide housing and supportive <br />services to Redwood City residents, and which are consistent with the Consolidated Plan <br />Objectives to be met during 2000-2001. Contractor shall collaborate with similar <br />programs in order to maximize these programs and services, and the City's financial <br />resources which are available to lower and very low income residents. Requests for <br />reimbursements under this agreement must be submitted over a 10 month period <br />and received no later than the 20th day of each month during the term of this <br />agreement pursuant to Paragraph Nos. 4, 5, 6 and 7. Final payment must be <br />submitted and received by the City no later than May 20, 2001.
