O R I G I N A L 7/28/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13142 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND CONCEPTUAL <br /> DESIGN SERVICES RELATING TO THE RENOVATION OF <br /> PLAYGROUNDS AT STULSAFT AND STAFFORD PARKS <br /> <br /> (MOORE IACOFANO GOLTSMAN, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes the renovation of existing <br />playgrounds at Stulsaft and Stafford Parks in the City of Redwood City (the <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires architectural <br />and conceptual design services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Moore lacofano Goltsman, Inc. of Berkeley, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Architectural and <br />Conceptual Design Services Renovation of Playgrounds at Stulsaff and <br />Stafford Parks", (form dated 07/16/97), by and between the City of Redwood <br />City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and Moore lacofano <br />Goltsman, Inc. for the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> <br /> Reso-244 1 <br /> G:%shared%redwood%council <br /> DES:djk <br /> 07/16/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
