0 R I G I N A L 7/28/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13139 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE DEMOLITION OF CITY-OWNED BUILDING LOCATED AT <br /> 1020 MIDDLEFIELD ROAD; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the demolition of a city-owned <br />building at 1020 Middlefield Road (former police station), Redwood City, <br />California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />the Demolition of Building at 1020 Middlefield Road (Formerly Old Police <br />Station, Redwood City) - City of Redwood City, California", prepared by the <br />Department of Community Development Services/Engineering and Construction, <br />a copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the Manager, <br />Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
