By motion, approve Oakwood Homes Subdivision and accept the dedication of a <br />Public Service Easement <br /> <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize execution of a Subdivision Agreement with <br />Oakwood Drive RWC, LLC. <br /> <br />Background <br />Oakwood Drive RWC, LlC is the Owner of Record of said real property located at 63 <br />Oakwood Drive, Redwood City, California. <br /> <br />On October 24, 2006, the Planning Commission approved the Tentative Map for the <br />subject property to subdivide the parcel into six lots. The Owners offer a publiC service <br />easement, and are required to improve the public street fronting their property. <br /> <br />The Owners' engineer, Lea and Braze Engineering, Inc., has completed the subdivision <br />map and improvement plans and specifications in accordance with the Subdivision Map <br />Act, Redwood City Ordinances, and to the satisfaction of Engineering & Construction. <br /> <br />The Owners will post bonds in the amount of $475,000.00. All work associated with <br />this project is being paid for by the Owners. <br /> <br />Fiscal Impact <br />There is no fiscal impact to the City as a result of this <br /> <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />Chu Chang, P.
