The new charge is <br />expected to be designed so that new development pays its proportionate share of infrastructure <br />costs, including that associated with the Recycled Water Program. City Council consideration <br />of the proposed water capacity charge is anticipated to occur in calendar year 2007. See Table <br />16 under the caption "ENTERPRISE FINANCIAL INFORMATION - Enterprise Historical and <br />Projected Operating Results" below. <br /> <br />30 <br />
