0 R I G I N A L ?/28/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13138 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVlNG AND AUTHORIZlNG EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO <br /> AND THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FOR ENGINEERING <br /> SERVICES RELATING TO THE EL CAMINO REAL SIGNAL <br /> INTERCONNECT IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Agreement For <br />Engineering Services For the El Camino Real Signal Interconnect Improvements <br />- City of Redwood City", by and between the County of San Mateo, a political <br />subdivision of the State of California and the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> F:\shared\Redwood\Council\ 1 <br /> Reso-234 <br /> DES:djk <br /> 07/02/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
