EXHIBIT "B" BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot 10, as said Lot is shown on that certain Map entitled "MAP OF CERTAIN LANDS BE- LONGING TO REDWOOD CITY, HARBOR COMPANY," filed September 23, 1921, in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California, in Book 10 of Maps at Pages 45 and 46; said corner being on the center line of the Southern Pacific Company track said centerline of said tract being located 8.50 feet wester- ly from the Easterly line of a 48.50 foot right-of-way de- scribed in that Deed dated July 31, 1924, and recorded in Vol- ume 133 at Page 43, Official Records of San Mateo County, Cal- ifornia, said point being distant 33.20 feet Northerly along said centerline from the beginning of a curve of radius 3819.83 feet shown as Station 95 + 00.8 on Southern Pacific Company maps of Redwood Harbor Spur Sheet No.2, revised October 5, 1953; THENCE along the Southerly line of said Lot 10, South 670 59' West a distance of 49.73 feet to a point on the West- erly line of said 48.50 foot right-of-way; THENCE Southerly along said Westerly line of said 48.50 foot right-of-way and Westerly and Southerly along the Westerly line of the South- ern Pacific 'Company 58.50 foot right-of-way, as described in said Deed, to a point, said point being Westerly and distant 50.00 feet, more or less, measured at right angles from a point on the centerline of said track, said last mentioned point being 453.00 feet Southerly, measured along said cen- terline from the Southeast corner of said Lot lOb THENCE leaving said Westerly right-of-way line North 72 54' West, a distance of 962.86 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE continuing North 720 54' West a distance of 75.00 feet; THENCE North 210 31' East a distance of 244.49 feet; THENCE South 270 30' East a distance of 80.00 feet; THENCE South 170 06' West a distance of 186.80 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEG- INNING.
