The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an <br /> <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City with <br /> <br /> <br />South Bay Ford Truck Sales for the furnishing of the abovementioned <br /> <br /> <br />equipment in accordance with, and subject to, the terms and con- <br /> <br />ditions of the aforementioned bidder's proposal. <br /> <br />3. Any informalities in the bid mentioned in Paragraph 1 <br /> <br /> <br />hereof are waived. <br /> <br />4.
