<br />CGM:djg-c 4/14/83 <br /> <br />OR\G\Nf\L <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. 93/10 <br /> <br />APR 2 5 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />BARTON-ASCHMAN & ASSOCIATES RELATING TO FUEL <br />EFFICIENT TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT STUDY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the preparation <br /> <br />of a study to evaluate existing traffic patterns and to plan for <br /> <br />anticipated traffic patterns in order to have optimization of the <br /> <br />traffic signal system of the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Barton- <br /> <br />Aschman & Associates, San Jose, California to perform <br /> <br />such <br /> <br />study; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />its approval for Barton-Aschman & Associates to provide the <br /> <br />abovereferenced services to City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Barton-Aschman & Associates entitled "Agreement - Fuel <br /> <br />Efficient Traffic Management Study" (form dated 4/14/83), attached <br /> <br />hereto, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement, with <br /> <br />attestation by the City Clerk, for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9340 <br />
