The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood <br />City that certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br />3/31/83) between the City of Redwood City and Environmental <br />Management, for performance of said work in accordance with <br />the abovementioned specifications, and in accordance with <br />Contractor's proposal, a copy of which agreement is presently <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy refer- <br />ence is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms <br />and conditions thereof. <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to the successful bidder upon execution by it of the <br /> <br /> <br />contract for the performance of the aforementioned work, all <br /> <br /> <br />security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
