<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9313 <br /> <br />SWC:mf 2/17/83 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />FEB 2 8 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FURNISHING <br />AND INSTALLATION OF LIFT RACK, WHEEL ALIGNMENT, AND <br />BRAKE OVERHAUL AND REPAIR EQUIPMENT; AND AUTHORIZING <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for the furnishing and installation of lift rack, <br /> <br />wheel alignment, and brake overhaul and repair equipment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the <br /> <br />furnishing and installation of such equipment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office of <br /> <br />the Director of General Services and on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, entitled "City of Redwood City - Specifications for <br /> <br />Multi-Service Lift Rack and Related Equipment to Perform Wheel <br /> <br />Alignment and Brake Overhaul and Repairs on Passenger Cars and <br /> <br />Lift Trucks - February 28, 1983," are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the furnishing and installation of lift rack, <br /> <br />wheel alignment, and brake overhaul and repair equipment as <br /> <br />called for in the abovementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9313 <br />
