- �. i -q <br /> � <br /> AitTTCi.E I <br /> ELIGIBILITY REQUIItEMENTS FOR PARTIC'IPATION r <br /> _ _. _ <br /> 1.1 Eligibility for Participation <br /> An Eligible Employee shall participate in this Plan if he/she is employed as the City <br /> Manager, City Attorney, City Clerk, Assistant to the City Manager, or Department Head <br /> Employee of the Employer on or after January 28, 2003. <br /> 1.2 Termination of Participation <br /> A Participant shall cease to be a Participant on the date of his or her termination of <br /> employment as determined by the Employer. <br /> 1.3 Effect of Transfer to Ineligible Employment <br /> If a Participant is no longer an Eligible Employee and becomes an Ineligible Employee, <br /> such Employee will participate immediately upon returning to the Eligible Class of <br /> Employees.
