These types of surveys are conducted to count the number of vehicles parked in the <br /> downtown area, also lmown as the pazking dcmand. The numbet of pazked vehicles on each blcek face <br /> and in each parldng lot/gazage was counted once an hour from 10:00 AM to 12:00 midnight.
