_ . . -1 C� I � I 2S Administrative Ezpenses In accordance with section 53217 of the Act, the Emplayer may make contnbutic�ns to the Trust sufficient to defray all or part of the expenses:c�ad�inistesing�e �lan or ma� • pay such expenses directly. .. . . _ � . - - - _ - - .. _ 2.6 Administrative Ezpenses The Employer shall pay the expenses of administering this Plan. 2.7 Limits on Annual Additions Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary, annual additians to a Participant's Accounts shall not exceed the lesser of the dollar amount specified in Section 415(d)(1) of the Code (adjusted as permitted by Section 415(d)(1) of the Code and Regulations issued thereunder) or the percentage of the ParticipanYs Compensation specified in Section 415(c)(1) of the Code and Regulations issued thereunder. This Section 2.7 shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A attached hereto. 2.8 Investment in Accordance With Act � All contributions, interest eamed, and any assets of the Plan shall at all times be invested and managed in accordance with the requirements of the Act. 2.9 Reversions The Employee and Employer sha11 have the right to a reversion of assets from this Plan if , (1) a contribution is conditioned upon the initial qualification of the Plan, a timely determination letter request is filed, and the Plan receives an adverse detennination, or (2) the reversion is due to a good faith nustake of fact, or (3) the contribution is conditioned on its deductibility under section 404 of the Code. 4 NB 1:5381802 _ __ __ __.
