The Maintenance •. <br /> Agreement shall contain such other teims and provisions as shall be customary in similar <br /> ageements and mutually agreed upon by the Agency, City and Developer. <br /> §520 CEOA Comuliance <br /> Pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines section 15097, in order to ensure that the mitigation <br /> measures and project revisions identified in the Final Environmentsl Impact Report and <br /> Addendum for the Project aze implemented, the Agency shall adopt a program for monitoring or <br /> reporting on the revisions wlrich it has required in the Project and the measwes it has imposed to <br /> mitigate or avoid significant environmeatal eft'ects and the Agency and the Developer shall <br /> ensure that the mirigarion measwes are implemented. <br /> Article 6. COVENANTS; NONDISCRIMINATION <br /> §601 Covenants as to Uses <br /> Developer covenants and a�ees that during construction and thereafter, Developer shall <br /> devote the Project Site to the uses specified in the Redevelopment Plan for the period of time <br /> specified in Section 602. The foregomg covenant shall run with the land. <br /> §602 Nondiscrimivation <br /> Developer covenants that it shall not ciiscriminate against or segregate any person or <br /> group of persons on account of race, color, creed, religion, handicap, sex, sexual preference, <br /> marital status, national origin, or ancestry in the sale, lease, sublease, h�ansfer, use, occupancy, <br /> tenure or enjoyment of the Project Site, nor shall Developer establish or permit any such practice <br /> or practices of discrimination or segregation with reference to the selection, location, number, <br /> use or occupancy of tenants, lessees, subtenants, sublessees or vendees of the Project Site. The <br /> covenants set forth in this section shall run with the land. <br /> Developer shall refrain from resh the rental, sale or lease of the Project Site on the <br /> basis of race, color, creed, religion, handicap, sex, sexual preference, marital status, national <br /> ongin, or ancestry of any person. All such deeds, leases or contracts shall contain or be subject <br /> to substantially the following nondiscrimination or nonsegegation clauses: <br /> A.
