� <br /> .1 �- �o <br /> PREAMBLE _ . � .. <br /> , <br /> The Huntington Beach City School District and State Center Community College District <br /> formed and adopted the Public Agency Retirement System Trust ("PARS Trust") on <br /> July 1,1991 (°Effective Date'�. Subsequent to the Effective Date other Califomia public <br /> agencies adopted the PARS Trust as the funding vehicle for tax qual�ed retirement <br /> plans for employees. Subsequent to the Effective Date the PARS Trust was amended. <br /> Effective as of July 1, 1999 ("Amended Effective Date") the PARS Trust was amended <br /> and restated in its entirety as contained herein. This amended and restated Trust shall <br /> supersede all prior versions of the PARS Trust as of the Amended Effective Date. <br />
