I I � • W <br /> 5 <br /> (h) To permit such inspections of documents at the principal office of the <br /> T�ustee as are required by law, subpoena or demand by United States <br /> agency; _ � • <br /> (i) To comply with all requi�ements imposed by applicable provisions of law; <br /> (j) To seek written instructions from the Plan Administrator or other fiduciary <br /> on any matter and await their written instructions without incurring any <br /> liability. If at any time the Plan Administrator or the fiduciary should fail to <br /> give directions to the Trustee, the Trustee may act in the manner that in its <br /> discretion seems advisable under the circumstances for carrying out the <br /> purposes of this Agency Tr�st; __ <br /> (k) As directed by the Plan Administrator or Delegatee if duly authorized, to <br /> cause the benefits provided under the Plan to be paid directly to the <br /> persons entitled thereto under the Plan, and in the amounts and in the <br /> manner specified, and to charge such payments against the Agency Tn,ist <br /> with respect to which such benefits are payable; <br /> (I) To compensate such . executive, consultant, actuarial, accounting, <br /> investment, appraisal, administrative, clerical, secretarial, medical, � <br /> custodial, depository and legal firms, personnel and other employees or <br /> assistants as are engaged by the Plan Administrator in connection with <br /> the administration of the Plan and to pay from the Agency Trust the <br /> necessary expenses of such firms, personnel and assistants, to the extent <br /> not paid by the Plan Administrator; <br /> (m) To act upon proper written directions of the Plan Administrator or <br /> Delegatee, including directions given by photostatic transmissions using <br /> facsimile signature; <br /> (n) To pay from the Agency Trust the expenses reasonably incurred in the <br /> administration of the Agency Trust as provided in the Plan; <br /> (o) To maintain insurance for such purposes, in such amounts and with such <br /> companies as the Plan Administrator shall elect, including insurance to <br /> cover liability or losses occurring by reason of the acts or omissions of <br /> fiduciaries but only if such insurance permits recourse by the insurer <br /> against the fiduciary in the case of a breach of a fiduciary obligation by <br /> such fiduciary. <br /> �s <br /> 2567_12 PEL <br />
