Upon receipt and acceptance, the Trustee or <br /> investment manager, as the case may be, shall assume fiduciary responsibility <br /> with respect to the investment and manag�ment of such assets of the Agency <br /> Trust as are specified in the resolution or action. Any transfer of investment <br /> authority to the Trustee or to an investrnent manager may be revoked by <br /> delivering to the Trustee or the investmen� manager a written notice from either <br /> the Member Agency governing body or the Plan Administrator, as the case may <br /> be. <br /> 5.4 Reliance by Trustee on Investment Fiducia►�� <br /> The appointment, selection and retention of an Investment Fiduciary shall be <br /> solely the responsibility of the Member Agency acting through its governing body <br /> or the Plan Administrator.
