<br />DF.S:djg-c <br />3: dj g-c <br /> <br />1/21/83 <br />2/28/83R <br /> <br />held within the said District with respect to the project <br /> <br />described in the Measure designated A in Exhibit "A" hereof, <br /> <br />attached hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain principal amounts of said bonds for said <br /> <br />project have been issued in Series A-E, inclusive, leaving <br /> <br />amounts authorized but unissued for said project as follows: <br /> <br />PROJECT <br />(Measure) <br /> <br />AMOUNT <br />AUTHORIZED <br /> <br />AMOUNT <br />ISSUED <br /> <br />AMOUNT <br />UNISSUED <br /> <br />Reclam. & Drainage (A) 70,168,000 <br /> <br />9,510,000 <br /> <br />60,658,000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has determined that a portion of the <br /> <br />principal amount remaining unissued is no longer necessary for the <br /> <br />objects and purposes for which it was authorized, and that said <br /> <br />amount should be cancelled and voided and a revised amount <br /> <br />unissued established as hereinafter specified: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to establish a certain policy <br /> <br />with respect to the issuance of said revised amount unissued; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. This Council hereby finds and declares as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />(a) The recitals, and each and all of them, hereinabove <br /> <br />are true; <br /> <br />(b) The full amount of principal authorized but unissued <br /> <br />2 <br />
