1. The granting of the Permit will not, under the cimumstances of this <br />particular case, be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to property or <br />improvements. <br /> <br /> 2. Notices prescribed by Section 9.27 of the Code have been duly given. <br /> <br /> 3. The increase of the bond required by Section 9.29 of the Code to the <br />sum of $5,000 is required to protect public property. <br /> <br /> 4. The terms and conditions set forth in Attachments "A" and "B" are <br />deemed necessary to protect the public health, safety, and welfare and shall <br />become the conditions of the Permit. <br /> <br /> 5.
