DES:djk n6/23/97 (070/42) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 6/30/97 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 13122 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF MEZES <br /> PLAZA, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN <br /> CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND APPROVING <br /> AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain final subdivision map entitled, "Mezes <br />Plaza", prepared by Berry and Associates, Civil Engineers, <br />consultants for Mezes Plaza Associates, a California limited <br />partnership, the owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br />determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative <br />map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Improvement of Mezes Plaza", (form dated 06/23/97) wherein <br /> Owner, in consideration for the approval of said map by <br /> City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br /> <br /> <br />
