DES:djk a6/23/97 (070/42) <br /> <br />Improvements", as well as the City's specifications entitled <br />"Engineering Standards - City of Redwood City", adopted December <br /> <br /> 16, 1991, which plans and specifications are on file in the <br />office of the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted as <br />the plans and specifications according to which the <br />above-mentioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br /> 3. That certain proposed Agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br />Mezes Plaza", (form dated 06/23/97), a copy of which Agreement is <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
