to be One Million Nine Hundred Twenty-eight Thousand Forty-nine and No/I00 Dollars ($1,928,049.00) and also a good and sufficient security in the form to be approved by the City Attorney securing the payment by said owner or subdivider of all bills for labor and materials incurred in the construction of any and all said improvements, and the doing of all other work therein agreed to be done by the said owner or subdivider, the amount of said security to be One Million Nine Hundred Twenty-eight Thousand and Forty-nine and No/I00 Dollars ($1,928,049.00) . 3. That, prior to the release of said final map by City for recordation, the owner or subdivider shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk certificates or policies of public liability and property damage insurance as required by the above mentioned agreement entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Cork Harbour," on file in the office of the City Clerk. and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That those certain plans entitled "Construction Drawings for Bridge Parkway and Construction Drawings for Cork Harbour," and those certain specifications entitled "Technical Specifications for Cork Harbour," which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the City Clerk are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to which the above mentioned improvements shall be done. and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood City and said owner or subdivider, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Cork Harbour Subdivision," a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. * * * 2
