<br />DES:mf 12/9/82 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />9281 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />DEe 1 3 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 9131 AMENDING <br />THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING <br />TO PROPERTY LOCATED GENERALLY EASTERLY OF STATE HIGHWAY <br />101, BOUNDED IN PART BY STEINBERGER AND CORKSCREW SLOUGHS <br />( "SOUTH SHORES") <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council did, on May 24, 1982 adopt Resolution <br /> <br />No. 9131 amending the General Plan of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />with respect to an area therein designated "South Shores"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 9162, adopted July 26, <br /> <br />1982 this Council submitted to the electors of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City a referendum measure pertaining to the aforesaid Resolution <br /> <br />No. 9131; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at a special municipal election held on November 2, <br /> <br />1982 in the City of Redwood City, the referendum measure passed <br /> <br />as declared in the canvass of returns and result of said election <br /> <br />pursuant to Resolution No. 9274 adopted December 6, 1982 by this <br /> <br />Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, although the aforesaid Resolution No. 9131 has <br /> <br />been rescinded by operation of law in view of the passage of the <br /> <br />referendum measure, this Council desires officially to confirm <br /> <br />said rescission; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />9281 <br />
