<br />SWC:mf 12/9/82 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 9 279 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />DEe 13 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS FOR FURNISHING <br />OF COMPUTER MEMORY AND COMPONENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 9265, adopted November <br /> <br />15, 1982, the City Clerk called for bids for computer memory <br /> <br />and central processor components; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received therefor; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following bidders were the lowest responsible <br /> <br />bidders for the furnishing of the following memory and component <br /> <br />equipment, and it is the intention of this Council to award <br /> <br />contracts to said bidders: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Bid Item <br /> <br />Industry Data Services, <br />Santa Clara, CA <br /> <br />CPU Upgrade <br /> <br />Government Systems Group, Inc., <br />Santa Ana, CA <br /> <br />Memory <br /> <br />Western Information Systems, Inc., <br />Pasadena, CA <br /> <br />Ports and Cables <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />I. The bid of Industry Data Services in the total lump sum <br /> <br />of Twenty-eight Thousand and No/IOO Dollars ($28,000.00), plus <br /> <br />sales tax, for the furnishing of a CPU Upgrade is hereby accepted <br /> <br />and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest <br /> <br />9279 <br />
